Miski is an agro-industrial company with operations that extend along the length of the Peruvian coast, thus drawing on its diverse micro-climates and the high productivity of its soil. We sell a variety of products, especially ingredients for the global food industry.

From the seed to the final product, we meet all quality standards and have the certifications (HACCP, ISO 9001 and BASC) necessary to ensure the quality and safety of our products. Our broad range of products includes paprika, ancho and guajillo chili peppers, jalapeno peppers, dried beans, butter beans, olives, oregano and onions, in different forms and presentations that depend on the demand and requirements of our customers.

We have a team of professionals that is highly trained and permanently motivated to achieve its established goals. We also work with over 300 farmers who plant some 3,500 hectares of peppers and have become stable company suppliers.

Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has made us leaders in Peru in the export of paprika, and has given us the opportunity to expand into new projects and diversify into other products.
